Refund and Returns Policy – Joycite

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

At Joycite, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. You may return or exchange any item(s) purchased on joycite.com within 30 days of receipt, as long as they meet the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect may be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Certain categories (e.g., sale items, intimates, or personalized items) may not be eligible for returns. Please review product descriptions for specific restrictions.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RA) by contacting us at info@joycite.com or through our website’s contact form.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your return is authorized, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address.
  4. Carefully package the item(s) and ship them back to us. Ensure they are properly protected to avoid damage during transit.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • If you received a free gift with your order, please return it along with the purchased item(s) to qualify for a full refund.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please initiate the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Subject to availability, we will send the replacement item once we receive the returned item(s).
  • Any price difference between the original and replacement item will be adjusted accordingly.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • Joycite will cover the cost of shipping for exchanged or replacement items sent to you.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at info@joycite.com or call (503) 479-0023.
  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for damaged or incorrect items and process a full refund or send a replacement item at no extra cost.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized/customized items
  • Intimate wear (e.g., underwear, swimwear)

8. International Orders

  • Returns from international orders are accepted, but customers are responsible for shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes.
  • Refunds for international returns will be issued after deducting the return shipping and any customs charges.
